The value of the meeting continues after you attend. Share tangible takeaways with your team and supervisors shortly after you return. Here’s how:
- Use the Learning Log, which provides space during the meeting for your notes and reflections on specific takeaways from each session. Use the goals and timelines you laid out and take action on new ideas.
- Send a concise summary of your experience (what you learned, who you met, and how you will use the information) to your supervisor and supporters.
