Winter Park Cultural Tour

Downtown Winter Park’s charm is magnified in its details. You will begin your tour at The Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art, which houses a comprehensive collection of Louis Comfort Tiffany works and an impressive collection of late 19th- and early 20th-century American paintings, graphics, and decorative arts.
After touring the museum, enjoy lunch at Chez Vincent, a charming restaurant located in the recently renovated Hannibal Square of Winter Park. Chez Vincent was awarded one of Zagat's "America's Top Restaurants" in 1999 and "Best French Restaurant in Orlando" by MyCityEats in 2009.
Following lunch, relax on a scenic boat tour through three of the city’s picturesque lakes. The narrated, one-hour cruise is truly the best way to experience the unique beauty of Winter Park.

And most importantly, how to manage and combat the negative effects of stress for optimal health and energy by following easy steps to wellness.
You will participate in discussions, learn proper breathing techniques and the reason why we should all “count to ten,” create an aromatherapy product designed for anti-stress effects, and learn how to retrain your brain to form new, positive beliefs when faced with a high-stress fight-or-flight situation. Feel empowered and motivated as you take steps to "quit stressing out."
