The Legal Aspects Committee focuses on activities related to the law and regulation of school business matters including legal developments affecting school personnel, technology, the sale and acquisition of school properties, and any other area of school business that has legal ramifications.
Mission: Serve the membership by meeting their need for information related to the laws and regulations of school business, ranging from current issues to a deeper understanding of familiar ones.
