The Management Techniques Committee is involved in the total business operation, including goals and objectives of school business officials and lower level management of staff, utilizing techniques of systems analysis in assessing the needs of the total school program, and the continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of the allocation and use of resources by all school entity programs.
Mission: Provide practicing business officials the opportunity for acquiring knowledge and developing leadership. The focus is on the global processes involved in developing a comprehensive plan, forming organizational goals and structures, staffing, coordinating and monitoring of the educational resources and business operations for all school district programs.
