Mission: Serves as the resource for members in the following areas:
operating fiscally responsible school food-service programs,
providing improvement in child nutrition programs through legislative initiative,
increasing participation by children and districts in nutrition programs,
enhancing recognition of classified personnel as active participants in the education team,
raising awareness and fostering implementation of HACCP guidelines, and
encouraging the use of technology in school food-service management.
