ASBO Awards Scholarships to Rising Leaders

Ashburn, VA – August 1, 2019 – The Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO) is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2019 Emerging Leaders Scholarship. The scholarship awards school business managers who have fewer than five years’ experience with $2,000 to attend ASBO International’s Annual Conference & Expo. The 2019 conference will be held in October in National Harbor, MD.

“The Emerging Leaders Scholarship provides an opportunity for relatively new school business officials to benefit from targeted professional development and a network of mentors to guide them in their careers,” says ASBO International Executive Director David Lewis. “ASBO International is committed to recognizing and supporting promising new professionals as they develop into our leaders of tomorrow, and this scholarship is one way to honor that commitment.”
