ASBO International Awards Scholarships to Rising Leaders

Ashburn, VA – The Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO) is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2023 Emerging Leaders Scholarship. The scholarship, sponsored by Security Benefit, awards school business managers who have fewer than five years of experience with $2,000 to attend ASBO International’s Annual Conference & Expo. The 2023 conference will be held in National Harbor, Maryland, in October.

“ASBO International is committed to supporting promising new practitioners as they develop into our school business leaders of tomorrow,” ASBO International Interim Executive Director/Chief Operations Officer Siobhán McMahon, CAE says. “The Emerging Leaders Scholarship is one way to provide those relatively new to school business with professional development focused on their unique needs, along with a network of knowledgeable mentors to guide them as they grow and develop in their careers.”
