Guidelines Governing the Use of the Pathway Recipient Logo for FY2022

• Recipients of the Pathway are granted a limited license to use the Pathway Recipient Logo (the Logo) for the specific purpose of indicating they were awarded this recognition for a specific fiscal year by ASBO International. ASBO International retains ownership of the logo and may withdraw permission to use it at any time for improper usage. Upon notification of withdrawal of permission, the district will immediately cease use of the image.
   
• The Logo may not be used to show any kind of relationship with ASBO International aside from those expressly permitted by these Terms & Conditions.
   
• The Logo may not be used in connection with any disparaging statements about ASBO International or its personnel, members, products or services, or in connection with any statements that otherwise reflect poorly on ASBO International or its personnel, members, products or services.
   
• The Logo must be used in its entirety and may not be changed, altered or cropped in any way, including proportion, color, element, type, dates, etc., except with the express written permission of ASBO International. The Logo may not be animated, morphed or otherwise distorted in perspective or appearance.
   
• The Logo may not be combined with any other symbols, words, logos, icons, graphics, photos, slogans, numbers, or other design elements. The Logo must appear by itself, with spacing between each side of such Logo and other graphic or textual elements on the district's website or other materials.
   
• The district acknowledges ASBO International's rights in the Logo and agrees not to use or register any trademarks or trade names that include or include the Logo, or any aspect thereof.
   
• All usage of the Logo shall inure to the benefit of ASBO International. ASBO International reserves the right to object to unfair uses or misuses of the Logo or its other trademarks and service marks, or other violations of applicable law.
   
• The Logo may link only to the ASBO International Meritorious Budget Award, https://www.asbointl.org/Web/Awards/MBA/MBA_and_Pathway.aspx, page. The Logo may not be used to link to other pages on the district’s website, ASBO International's website, or any other websites.
   
• The following attribution clause must accompany any use of the Logo, placed at the bottom of the page on which it appears or in a legal notices section: “All rights in the Pathway FY2022 recipient logo are owned by ASBO International. All Rights Reserved.”
   
• Any unauthorized use of the Logo may result in legal action.
