Technical Requirements for the SFO Remote Proctored Exam:

A system requirements check has been added to the candidate dashboard. It will automatically prompt examinees to click on the Examity V5 System check link before taking the exam. This will ensure that there is compatibility, and the correct browser is being used. View this link https://on.v5.examity.com/systemcheck to check your operating system compatibility. Chrome is required
Operating System: OS X El Capitan 10.11 or later, Windows 10 (Windows machines in 10 S mode are not supported)
Internet Browser: Google Chrome (Current Stable and First Preceding Version)
Web Camera: Minimum- 640×480 resolution, Recommended- 1280×720 resolution
Internet Download Speed: A required upload and download speed of 2Mbps, with 10Mbps preferred
RAM: Minimum – 2GB, Recommended- 4GB
A Functioning Microphone: Webcams with built-in microphones and stand-alone microphones supported
Not Supported:
Tablets (iPad, Galaxy Tab, Galaxy Note, etc.)
Mobile (Android, iOS)
ARM CPU Architecture
