ASBO International offers an SFO virtual exam prep workshop for state/province affiliates with the mission of aiding affiliate members in their journey to attain the esteemed SFO designation. The workshop is a condensed comprehensive overview of the domains of study covered on the exam.

What Is the ASBO International Virtual SFO Exam Prep Workshop for Affiliates?

The workshop is designed specifically for ASBO International affiliates seeking to increase the number of SFO credential holders in their region by sponsoring a preparatory certification support program. It provides convenient group access to intensive virtual reviews of knowledge requirements for fiscal and operational school business management. The workshop is a valuable tool to assist potential exam candidates with their study activities.

The purpose of our exam preparation initiative is twofold: firstly, to evaluate a participant’s preparedness for undertaking the SFO Exam, and secondly, to discover personal strengths and areas for improvement within the domains outlined in the SFO Guidebook. It's essential to clarify that this workshop does not aim to cover every aspect of the SFO exam exhaustively. Rather, it serves as a strategic guide to enable participants to prepare effectively and become acquainted with the content topics within the exam.

How to Schedule a Workshop

Sign-Up in 3 Easy Steps:
  1. Complete and submit the Affiliate Application of Interest Form* and request your workshop dates.
  2. Request an invoice to pay for the workshop to secure the dates chosen for the workshop.
  3. ASBO Intl. will confirm receipt of payment** and provide enrollment information, including when participants will be sent their log-in access details.
*All state affiliates who wish to participate in the workshop must have a signed MOU agreement and a signed Affiliate Application of Interest Form on file for this event.
**After the workshop payment is received, the ASBO International Education Team will work with each affiliate to create a schedule that works for their workshop attendees.
