By completing this form you are requesting space at the Annual Conference & Expo. Space is not guaranteed. Space will be confirmed or
declined by July 31. Any costs associated with rental fees, audio/visual, food and beverage, and labor for room set-up is the sole responsibility of the organization requesting space. Costs will be provided by the venue, after space is confirmed.
Affiliate events held during the conference may not be commercial or educational in nature. Approved meetings may include: business meetings, exhibitor internal meetings, and social events. Events that will include invitations to conference attendees must be held outside of official conference programing (please check the online schedule at a glance). ASBO International does not provide attendee lists for event invites – invitations are the host organization’s responsibility. Only organizations that are registered as exhibitors or attendees may host an affiliate event.
