Guidelines Governing the Use of the Exhibitor Logo

• Exhibitors at ASBO International’s 2021 Annual Conference & Expo are granted a limited license to use the ASBO International exhibitor logo (the Logo) for the specific purpose of indicating their exhibition at the conference through November 1, 2021. ASBO International retains ownership of the logo and may withdraw permission to use it at any time for improper usage. Upon notification of withdrawal of permission, the exhibitor will immediately cease use of the image.
   
• The Logo may not be used by non-exhibitors, including former exhibitors or corporate members who have not reserved a booth for the 2021 Annual Conference & Expo.
   
• The Logo may not be used to indicate any kind of endorsement by ASBO International of a company's product or service; or that any official status for any product or service has been conferred by or is otherwise associated with ASBO International; or to show any kind of relationship with ASBO International aside from those permitted above.
   
• The Logo may not be used on official documents such as sales contracts or official disclosure documents provided to potential or actual clients or purchasers of a member company's services or products.
   
• The Logo may not be used in connection with any disparaging statements about ASBO International or its products, or statements that otherwise reflect poorly on ASBO International.
   
• The Logo must be used in its entirety and may not be altered in any way, including proportion, color, element, type, etc., except by express permission from ASBO International.
   
• When shared digitally, the Logo must link to ASBO International’s Annual Conference & Expo home page using this url: https://s6.goeshow.com/asbo/annual/2021/index.cfm?utm_source=ExhibitorWebsite&utm_medium=Link&utm_campaign=ExhibitorLogo You may not use it to link to other pages on the company’s website or any other websites.
   
• Any unauthorized use of the Logo may result in legal action.
