Engaged Leadership: Building a Culture to Overcome Employee Disengagement
Clint Swindall

Coronavirus has changed so many things: how we provide service to members; how we manage work processes; how we interact with employees. Engagement in the Coronavirus world, and the post-Coronavirus world, may be even harder than it was before. In this session, we’ll discuss:

  • The impact the pandemic has had on employee expectations and employee engagement.
  • How leaders are being forced to change the way they lead, and what adjustments may be needed going forward.
  • And most importantly, the foundation of strong leadership and how some things must remain the same as we lead our workforces into the “next normal.”
