GUIDELINES GOVERNING THE USE OF THE INDUSTRY SUPPORTER LOGO 2024

• Industry Supporters are granted a limited license to use the ASBO International Industry Supporter Logo (the Logo) for the specific purpose of indicating their partnership with ASBO International. ASBO International retains ownership of the logo and may withdraw permission to use it at any time for improper usage. Upon notification of the withdrawal of permission, the Industry Supporter will immediately cease the use of the image.


• The Logo may not be used by non-Industry Supporters, including former Industry Supporters whose partnership has ended due to non-renewal.


• The Logo may not be used to indicate any kind of endorsement by ASBO International of a company's product or service; or that any official status for any product or service has been conferred by or is otherwise associated with ASBO International; or to show any kind of relationship with ASBO International aside from those permitted above.


• The Logo may not be used on official documents such as sales contracts or official disclosure documents provided to potential or actual clients or purchasers of an Industry Supporter’s company's services or products.


• The Logo may not be used in connection with any disparaging statements about ASBO International or its products, or statements that otherwise reflect poorly on ASBO International.


• The Logo must be used in its entirety and may not be altered in any way, including proportion, color, element, type, etc., except by express permission from ASBO International.

• The Logo may link only to the ASBO International home page. You may not use it to link to other pages on the ASBO International website or any other websites.


• Any unauthorized use of the Logo may result in legal action.
