Important SFO Updates!
Public Safety & Response to COVID-19 Concerns
Adhering to guidelines for public safety is first and foremost. This has led to new policies and/or procedures that will allow the ASBO International certification department to fulfill the needs of its certification community with as little disruption as possible. Below are a few changes that go into effect immediately:
- Online Proctored Exam now available for SFO Candidates
Check out the details here.
- Preview Remote Proctoring
Realizing that remote proctoring may be a new experience for some candidates, the SFO Commission has worked with Prolydian to highlight the process through two brief (less than four minutes each) introductory videos:
• Scheduling the Test with Remote Proctoring
• Taking the Test
The videos are a great way to walk through the secure online proctored delivery system and learn about important features such as ID verification, browser lockdown, and test-session monitoring via a live proctor. Reminders will be disseminated as the launch of ASBO’s remote proctored exam approaches. Please contact email@example.com for more information or inquiries.
- Certificate Printing and Shipping
The mailing of certificates will be discontinued for new SFOs, recertificants, and duplicate requests. Beginning March 23, certificants will have 24/7 access to log into their SFO account and print their certificates.
We put these measure in place to ensure your safety. Other program changes may be made as the certification department continues to monitor this evolving situation. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or to let us know there is anything we can do to provide assistance. Stay safe and healthy!
