What to Bring?

  • Business cards (for easy networking and to enter vendor raffles in the Exhibits Marketplace).
  • ​Electronics and chargers (to take notes on your tablet in the meeting rooms).
  • Comfortable and professional attire. (You’ll be doing a lot of walking between sessions, and conference centers can often be chilly, so we encourage dressing in layers and wearing comfortable shoes.)

Hotel signage will guide you to the registration area.

Friday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
Sunday: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
Monday: 7:30 am – 10:00 am

Collect your badge and registration packet from the registration desk. Also, grab a “First Timer” ribbon at the ribbon wall nearby. These ribbons attach to your badge so you can quickly see who else is attending for the first time.
